Learning and Development Manager
6 month FTC to £50k + car + bonus
This is a fabulous opportunity to be an integral part of a complex business of real scale that is experiencing a period of rapid evolution and dynamic change. Much transformational change has been and is being seen across key business and corporate functions. HR has recently moved to a new structure to align itself to the business and to drive new proactive focuses to support the business agenda. The company are about to implement a new HR System and the role will involve the design, evaluation and implementation of a range of employee benefits, hence creating this exciting opportunity.
This is a vital role in L&D to support the current team to grow and develop while delivering valuable programmes and projects to support performance now and in the future.
To support design and develop the Learning and development initiatives training plan to deliver legal, compliant, and fit for purpose, training, education, and knowledge across the business.
To design and facilitate soft skills/business workshops through a blended approach including face to face, online, collateral and YouTube.
Procure with the relevant expert/vendor the right development in line with forecasted budget and for the right talent tin the organization.
Report on compliance and put in place the right process to track, monitor and highlight training needs
Produce summary reports and dashboard to share with the operational teams to address risk and celebrate successes.
Collaborate and drive measures of compliance through the zones and operational HR teams (group Projects).
Support the development of the management and leadership population through emotional awareness and coaching.
