Are you a highly experienced senior reward leader - a true expert in reward and benefits and extremely passionate about your field? If so, this pivotal Head of Reward role could be a great new challenge for you.
We are supporting a large, well known organisation based in Milton Keynes with their search for a truly brilliant Head of Reward. This senior highly pivotal role will work closely with senior stakeholders and will develop and implement the Reward and Benefits strategy for this large, multisite organisation.
You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of all reward and benefits policies and processes covering both Head Office and numerous sites across the UK (circa 27,000 staff in total). A true reward expert and experienced senior leader, you will provide specialist support and advice to all stakeholders including the Management Board. Together with your team you will be responsible for the delivery of key reward activities such as pay review and bonus, their benefit offering and various projects as needed.
A job of this scale requires a highly experienced Head of Reward with a proven track record of leading the reward function and designing and implementing reward structures for a similar large scale organisation. Ideally you will have exposure to reward within an organisation with a large hourly paid workforce. You will be comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment and will be a proven relationship builder adept at building close working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be an inspirational leader comfortable leading a small reward team.
