Just now and again a role comes up with a compelling company that listens carefully to customers' business requirements, and uses its expertise to deliver an end result.
HR works with fast pace, high growth and high ambition in a commercial focused arena that must meet and exceed the expectations of the business. In fact, more than that, the business is absolutely dependent upon HRs ability to create the culture and environment that guarantee outstanding customer service through innovation, responsive and engaging HR deliverables.
To succeed in this role you will need the HR expertise and credibility to lead a large team, support infrastructure and customer service in a complex and competitive business. You will have demonstrated a pragmatic approach in delivering to a changing business environment built on a solid experience base.
Size of the challenge and complexity of the role must not faze you. Nor should leading a team or supporting a global client base. You may be in a role smaller and wondering whether you can do it for real or you may be already in a complex, high performance blue chip and looking for your next step change. In either case, come here and succeed and you will be able to write your next career ticket.
Join a business that believes in the power of its people, has significant and sizable change programmes to support the business transformation and demands the best catalysts to deliver the best possible results through Business Partnering.
