Consult HR are delighted to be supporting a well-known company with the recruitment of a Reward Manager to join their vibrant, busy team in Milton Keynes. This varied Reward Manager role is a key role in designing, developing and implementing reward policies - providing expert advice to stakeholders and supporting the development of the reward strategy.
You will manage the implementation of annual reward processes such as bonus, pay review and total reward statements as well as designing and delivering policy around bonus schemes, benchmarking and job evaluation.
An organisation of this size requires reward specialists who are true experts in their field. We're looking for a bright, commercially aware, highly numerate, Excel savvy Reward expert who is adept at interpreting data and making informed decisions at pace. Someone who can communicate confidently, influence others and build strong relationships.
