    We are searching for a Regional HR Business Partner for a leading Sports, Health and Leisure Company with over 6,000 employees across the UK. This is a fabulous time to be joining the organisation as they are going through a significant period of investment and growth.

Their clubs are looking fantastic and there is a real buzz of excitement and pride circulating the business.


    Due to their growth, they have a great opportunity available for a HR Business Partner to support their London and Home Counties region and our East & Central region, boasting a fantastic range of clubs from Newbury to Norfolk.
    Reporting directly to the HRD, you will form a part of a regional management team responsible for providing a full range of HR support to both Regional and General Managers across all of the key HR disciplines including recruitment, succession planning, reward, training, performance management and employee relations.


    You will contribute towards developing a culture of team engagement which is a crucial part in achieving the overall business strategy. As a result, we are looking for a commercially minded, proactive HR professional with a background of operating in a fast paced, truly customer focused organisation. As a self-starter with drive, motivation, passion and a focus on delivering results, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships to support Regional Managers and their management teams in clubs to deliver the HR strategy.


    The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have multi-site HR experience in order to offer sound commercial and pragmatic advice to senior stakeholders.
