Senior HR Manager
£60,000 to £70,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits

Supporting a key HR leader the Senior HR Manager role will have a strong OD flavour. Assisting in the organisational diagnosis and implementing HR and change projects to impact structure, culture and team effectiveness. Alongside this projects focus there will also be a broader generalist remit encompassing key HR cycles, more complex employee relations and coaching and supporting managers across key business units/functions.
You should be an experienced HR generalist with a high delivery focus. You will be able to demonstrate that you have operated successfully within complex multi-region multi-business unit environments and possess a strong core knowledge across change management, employee relations, HR project delivery and the core HR cycles of talent, succession, performance and reward.
