Consult HR are delighted to be supporting a well-known company with the recruitment of a Reward Manager to join their vibrant, busy team in central London. This varied Reward Manager role will provide expert advice to a variety of internal and external stakeholders and will hold a key role in designing, developing and implementing reward policies - providing expert advice to stakeholders and supporting the development of the reward strategy.
You will manage the implementation of annual reward duties such as bonus, pay review and total reward statements. You will design and deliver policy around bonus schemes and will have involvement in benchmarking and job evaluation.
An organisation of this size requires reward specialists who are true experts in their field. You will be an experienced Reward expert and will be comfortable supporting and adding value to the wider Reward team as needed. The role requires a bright, highly numerate, Excel savvy Reward expert who is looking to utilise their current Reward expertise as Reward Manager within a fast paced, busy department.
You should be intelligent with a commercial outlook - adept at interpreting data and making informed decisions at pace. You should be a great relationship builder and a confident communicator - happy liaising effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
