Consult-HR is a leading HR recruitment consultancy and we are retained by leading organisations to identify and place HR talent. Our interaction with you will typically be as a Client or as a Candidate.

CLIENT
As a client or potential client, we will store a minimum of personal data which will usually be your full name, email address, work telephone number, mobile number, the company you work for and the position you occupy in that company. We will ask you to allow us to store this information as Legitimate Interest under the provision of GDPR. We will normally hold your data for two years and then, will either delete it or ask you again for your permission to retain the data. You have the right to request from us access to your own personal information. This is sometimes known as a 'subject access request'. Additionally, you have the right to request from us: that any inaccurate information we hold about you is corrected that information about you is deleted in certain situations that we stop using your personal information for certain purposes that your member profile is provided to you in a portable format that decisions about you are not made by wholly automated means. Many of the rights listed above are limited to certain defined circumstances and we may not always be able to comply with your request. We will tell you if this is the case. We will not use your data for direct marketing or disclose your information to any third party without your express permission. If you choose to make a request to us to exercise any of these rights, we will aim to respond to you as soon as we reasonably can but no later than one month. We will not charge a fee for dealing with any reasonable request. CANDIDATE
As a candidate, in order for us to keep you informed about relevant opportunities, we will request your consent to hold your personal data. If you do not formally provide consent by completing this process, we will be legally obliged to remove you from our database and can no longer put you forward for such opportunities. Typically, we collect your current and previous employers, and details of your work, skills and experiences, education and qualifications. We may also hold your home address, private and work email and mobile and work telephone number. We will hold your personal data to be able to place you to the most suitable position according to your background and experience. We may use your personal information to contact you to discuss the opportunity. We will only make your personal information visible to organisations if you give us express permission. We will hold your data for a period of two years, we will not hold your data if you choose not to consent or request removal from our systems.
