  • Identifying, attracting and engaging candidates for a long list
  • Identity and qualification checking of candidates selected for interview
  • Face to face interviews with candidates to judge professional capability, persona and cultural fit
  • Management of psychometric tests as required
  • Feedback to all candidates interviewed
  • Preparation of a short list with detailed reports outlining our view on fit to both the role and the organisation
