  • An immediate review of our close network of career interims
  • As back up, preparation of a short unbranded advertisement to be placed on our contracted job boards
  • Attracting, engaging and briefing candidates and checking availability
  • A short telephone interview with candidates not already in our network
  • We aim to submit within 24 hours
  • Scheduling interviews and supporting the interview process
  • Feedback to all candidates put forward
  • Reference checking, as required
  • Offer management
  • Staying in touch throughout the contract
