They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner who will report into the Lead HR Business Partner supporting the Directors and Senior Management Team across the North of England.
You will work closely with the MD, Directors and Senior management team to develop, lead and deliver the HR strategies across your business area and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of HR best practice and culture to promote employee engagement and improved business results, along side facilitating talent management and development for leadership across the business.
A experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations, who has had previous experience working in a cross functional team and has had exposure to senior recruitment, mergers, acquisitions and TUPE. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in HR together will excellent communication and relationship building skills. You will have ideally have worked within a fast paced FMCG or similar environment and demonstrate influential and commercial awareness.
With an impressive academic and career track record with CIPD, you will need excellent communication and influencing skills and a flexible, ‘learn as you go’ approach to the range of challenges and projects you’ll be leading or delivering.
