My client, a large division within a global player, is looking for an Interim Change Manager to support the business though a transformation programme, for a period of around 9 months. The role is based East Midlands with national travel and reports to the HR Director within a matrix environment. We are looking for someone of graduate calibre with a proven track record and experience of project management, strong expertise in change management/OD as well as major systems implementation (ideally Oracle). You will excel in stakeholder management and be used to working within a fast paced operational environment.
