Our client, a leading player in its field, requires an interim HR Shared Services Manager, initially for a period of 3 months, with an immediate start. You will report to the HR Director, sitting as a key member of the senior leadership team, heading up a Central team providing Admin and MI services, in the development of a Shared Services function. You will play an active role in leading the evolution of the team, inputting to the HR and IT agenda in shaping the new internal HR services; identifying opportunities to automate HR processes, implementing service improvements as well as managing the relationship with an outsourced Payroll provider.

You'll have the proven ability to drive through a change agenda using your strong communication and influencing skills. You'll need to manage the expectations of others, and continue to build credibility and confidence in your function. It goes without saying that you will be a superb relationship builder, highly adept at stakeholder management, as well as having a demonstrable track record of delivery in an HR Shared Service Centre, and solid systems expertise. Coming from a fast paced, commercial background you will have exceptionally broad HR experience and the confidence to work and influence at all levels. Most importantly, you will understand the passion for service and delivery.
