Our client is a socially and environmentally aware business with a reputation for excellence and innovation.

They are now seeking an Interim HR Consultant, reporting to the HR Director, for a period of around 12 months, for an immediate start.

You will be a union savvy accomplished HR professional with experience of guiding and mentoring managers through restructuring activity and change management. It goes without saying you will have excellent employment law knowledge with the technical prowess and experience to think and act decisively. It is also important that you have proven experience of TUPE. Additionally, sound project management skills are essential.

This role would suit an experienced individual with at least 5 years experience working within a complex organization, with demonstrable OD experience.
