Our client who is part of a global organisation is looking to recruit an HR Administrator due to business growth.

You will be working as part of a dynamic HR team that will give you the opportunity to develop your HR skills within an operational HR environment.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of HR support and administration, where you will gain a solid grounding within HR. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries and will have the responsibility to co-ordinate all the recruitment campaigns and maintaining all the relationships within the process. You will co-ordinate and monitor the performance management and training and development needs within the business and will have the responsibility for providing reports and HR analysis for the business, as well as getting involved in specific HR related projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who has just completed a degree in HR, who is ambitious and hungry for success and is looking for their first role within HR.

The ideal candidate needs to be a strong team player with excellent people skill who has the ability to build relationships at all levels within an organisation. Previous analytical experience of working with data is essential.
