Our client a global leader is looking for a reward analyst to join the reward function. You will be responsible for the administration and support of the company’s benefits scheme and the annual salary and pay review as well as getting involved in the development of new benefit policies within the business.
You will be involved in extracting data from HR systems, manipulating and analysing data as well as the processing of data.
You must have advanced IT and excel skills, and be able to work with formulas and pivot tables.
