Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, is looking for a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager.

As part of the Global HR Team you will form part of the Senior Management Team and will work closely with the Senior Stakeholders within the business.

You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the global reward strategy which encompasses the UK, Europe, US and Asia.

A hands on operational rewards professional you will be involved in developing reward tools to attract and retain staff and design incentives to support the development of a high performance culture. You will be identifying best practice and working alongside senior partners within the business looking at trends and changing markets.

A CIPD graduate who has proven experience working within a Global Reward function who can demonstrate the ability to influence at senior level. Excellent communication and project management skills, together with being numerate and computer literate.
