My client is a leading and progressive professional services organization, looking for a strong HR Advisor to support with all generalist activities. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a solid generalist and a track record of providing high quality HR service to the business. You will be working closely with key stakeholders across the business and therefore you will need to have excellent communication and influencing skills. You must have a depth of experience of handling employee relations cases and be highly organised with the ability to work in a standalone role.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within a fast paced commercially focused environment and be available for an immediate start.
