This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role within a small group level reward team of a global FTSE50 plc reporting to the Group Reward Director. Whilst the core of the role will be around driving the reward agenda for the global senior leadership population, there is a real opportunity to shape the role, with the Reward Director open to flexing the brief to play to either individual strengths or a desire to capture new experiences in areas such as RemCo. With in-country reward expertise thin on the ground there is an increasing demand from country HR Directors for consultancy based advice from the Central Reward team, increasingly widening the brief of the central reward team to get more involved in middle management and less senior levels of leadership.
The role could be seen as a great career step to build experience. Whilst we are looking for an experienced reward specialist, your could be in a smaller international reward position looking for a broader brief or even a UK focused reward role looking to gain your first move into international reward. Our client is also open to those within reward consultancy looking to move in-house. What is key is the ability to blend gravitas and influencing skills to work with senior leaders alongside the pragmatism to roll sleeves up for a role that is not only broad but deep in terms of strategic to operational mix.
