Our client is a growing business with a strong brand and significant operation on the South Coast , based in Southampton. There is currently a need to appoint to a maternity cover fixed term 13 month contract to join their well established OD team as an Interim OD consultant.
The role will be heavily involved in continuing to develop and deliver key leadership programmes and the development of a range of ‘solutions focused’ management and leadership development interventions. A critical change program is underway and the work will have a direct impact on evolving leadership capability to drive forward major transformation. You will also lead the delivery of a range of key engagement strategies and respond with clearly defined outcomes, to survey results. The organization has recently achieved ‘Gold’ standard Investors in People award and this work needs to be continuously maintained. The role will also lead the planning and delivery of individual, team and functional development in key Business Groups to support growth priorities.
Candidates should be experienced learning and development professionals, with a proven track record in developing and delivering successful leadership and management development strategies and programmes in support of organisational change, accompanied by strong influencing and consultancy skills. You will have a proven track record of effective diagnostics and an ability to deliver capability development interventions at individual, team and functional levels. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and quickly build stakeholder relationships and gain a strong understanding of the business environment. You will be naturally engaging, a strong team player with a pragmatic approach.
