A one year contract to work within a dynamic media environment. The role would work alongside an inspirational HR Director who is looking to shape a change agenda for an organisation that has recently gone through a major acquisition and is looking to build a new vision for the employee deal to drive engagement and performance.
The coontract will be wide ranging across the reward agenda and drive design and implementation in such areas as overall pay strategy, new benefits offering/harmonisation, benefits costs, sales commission structure, insured benefits and pension auto-enrolment.
Candidates should be reward specialists (or HR generalists with a real depth within reward), with broad experience and ideally some exposure to operating within the hands on nature of a medium sized organisation.
