Consult Interim Job Search

Our client has exciting growth and are looking to identify a recruiter for a 3 month interim contract to support the expansion plans upon which they are embarking. The role will be varied and hands on, involving the running of assessment centres, interviewing, agency liaison and some recruitment administration. The role will commence within the next fortnight.

Candidates should be experienced recruiters, with experience within assessment centres and competency interviewing. Exposure to recruitment within financial services and/or sales environments would also be an advantage. The role will be principally based in Gloucester, although there may be occasional travel in the role or alternatively could be based out of Basingstoke but would require 3 days a week travel to Gloucester.
