This is a highly influential newly created role designed to bring cutting edge thinking to the people agenda. You will report to the HR Director and work closely with Business Leaders. Some of your key challenges will be to:

• be a thought leader with regard to performance management;

• develop a talent framework and supporting programmes;

• design and implement an holistic learning strategy;

• align all leadership and development activity to business strategy;

• develop an engagement survey and other measures in order to assess progress.

You must have demonstrable in depth expertise in OD, Talent, Learning and Assessment gained in a blue chip environment where change is always on the agenda. Drive, energy, flexibility and innovation are all integral parts of your leadership style.
