They are seeking an exceptional, highly ambitious learning and development professional to join their Human Resources team in an exciting role and a truly outstanding business.

Working with the Learning and Development Director you will manage the UK learning offer in order to meet the needs of the business, by ensuring they have the best blend of locally run and international learning solutions, on-the-job learning and open access resources. This is a broad learning and development role offering exposure to all levels of the business and encompasses both technical learning and development and management development.

It is essential that you are educated to degree level and have existing experience within an advanced learning, training or people development focused role. It will be critical that you have strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in an ever changing environment. It is also critical that you are a commercial thinker who is creative and able to work as a true partner with the business.

In essence, we are looking for an individual with high potential. Someone who can exceed expectations in this learning and development role and realise their career aspirations in a global, blue-chip organisation.
