Our client is a leading FMCG business. Based at one of their sites, you will work in close partnership with the management team and develop and deliver key HR objectives to enable the business to meet its goals.
Leading an HR Team, you will be accountable for initiating and driving through all resourcing, learning and development, employee and industrial relations, engagement, reward and recognition initiatives for c. 400 employees.
To succeed, you will need to be CIPD qualified and have solid business acumen combined with exceptional HR expertise. Your HR experience will need to have encompassed the full HR generalist remit, including significant trade union and change management exposure.
