Our client is a well known, leading organisation responsible for a number of instantly recognisable, global brands.

This role is newly created to support the resourcing team to develop, define and implement a joined up approach for job analysis for all roles. You will create and integrate the framework and tools with Recruitment, Selection, Training Needs Analysis, Appraisals and Succession/ Management of Talent to enable the business to effectively attract, select and retain the right people for the organisation.

To succeed, you will be degree educated and ideally CIPD qualified with an indepth knowledge and experience of Job Analysis, both in terms of strategy development, but also the application and implementation of process and techniques. Additionally you will need demonstrable commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise business needs and strong project management ability.
