As an HR Advisor, you will be given an internal client group to support - the role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management, change programmes, learning and development and reward – a broad role enabling you to further develop your HR expertise. You will operate as a business partner, providing a high level HR consultancy service to Managers.
To succeed, you must be a graduate and ideally fully CIPD qualified. Your experience will need to have been gained in a large, complex organization and you must have a solid grounding in operational HR with practical experience of UK employment law. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to effectively partner with managers to add value and positively influence senior managers to achieve the right outcomes.
