Our client is a globally recognised brand that is growing, highly profitable, acquisitive and has been and continues to experience a good degree of positive change with a new CEO that has a strong belief in the people agenda and is highly supportive of HR.

This role will work closely with a dynamic Head of HR and will provide generalist and business partner support to a sophisticated corporate client group. There will also be a considerable degree of scope for project work within the role.

Candidates should be capable operational HR generalists with strong intellect, excellent communication and relationship building skills and be team players with genuine energy and enthusiasm to make a difference. In addition they should have been exposed to a best practice HR environment ideally with some time in a larger corporate and have the confidence to challenge within the business as to “what good looks like” in terms of HR best practice.

There is some flexibility to the structure of the 28 hours for the role e.g. it could be 4 full days or 5 shorter days.
