HR Business Partner
This global software business is one of the world's most innovative companies, with an absolute passion for cutting edge technology. With an EMEA population of 600 (4,000 globally) the business achieved over £1bn in revenue last year! In what is a truly matrix organisation, EMEA Headquarters are based in the UK, with operations across key locations in Europe and beyond.
The HR Business Partner role will support a very niche division of this specialist business, with a complex population that spans Product Sales, Marketing, Sales Solutions and Project Managers. You will work closely with the leadership team with a key focus on talent management. You will work closely with the business to identify needs for individual and organisation development intervention and will work with Group to identify and embed the best solutions that will enhance capability, performance, leadership structures and employee engagement.
To apply, you will be intellectually bright, a broad generalist, with particular knowledge of performance management, talent management, reward and retention, employee relations, employee engagement, current UK employment law, mentoring and coaching, resource management and career planning. Since this role will advise a client group working across Europe, a general understanding of EU employment legislation and practice would be useful, as would experience within a technology, software or professional services business.
You will have the right level of enthusiasm, intellect and energy to pick up on the key issues and relationships quickly to hit the ground running, and be adaptable enough to work in partnership with a diverse client group.
If working in a specialist, global business is where you see yourself, and you can bring some great HR skills to the table, then we'd love to receive your CV. Please accompany this with a brief cover note which details your current package and notice period.
