A great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 12-18 months of HR or reward experience to join a mid-sized global business at an exciting period of change and build their career in the reward space.
The role will principally manage and administer a portfolio of initially UK focused benefits, dealing with starters, leavers, promotions, working with vendors. Additionally there is scope for involvement in the compensation supporting on survey data and key annual reward processes. There is significant scope to grow the role both in terms of range of responsibilities across the reward spectrum but also for the role to have an increasingly international focus.
You could be already specialising in the reward space at an assistant or advisory level, or you have been operating in the more generalist HR space with some exposure to benefits administration and managing/updating for key employee changes and possess an interest to specialise in the reward area. You will be well organised, possess good analytical ability with Excel skills and the communication skills to liaise effectively with both senior management and external suppliers.
