HR Analyst - Reward

Premium, blue chip employer in the Milton Keynes area is seeking a highly commercial, analytical individual to join them as Reward Advisor to support their large scale operation. This fast paced, varied role will support the implementation of the annual reward processes for example pay reviews and bonuses in addition to providing support to interesting ad hoc projects.
In this busy position your duties will include ensuring the delivery of bonus, pay review and reward projects, preparing superb user friendly communication regarding reward matters such as bonus rules, researching and preparing cost modelling to support reward and benefit projects, investigating and resolving stakeholder queries, maintaining relevant on line communication and supporting the benchmarking and job evaluation processes.
Highly numerate, the ideal applicant will have been a Reward Advisor or Analyst supporting a large organisation previously (ideally one with a large, hourly paid workforce) however our client will also consider applicants who have undertaken Analyst roles outside of the Reward space - perhaps within HR or another discipline such as Finance.
Candidates should have a high level of IT literacy including strong Excel skills and should be very comfortable analysing and providing commercial insight on huge volumes of data.
This interesting, hands on role liaises with a full range of stakeholders and would suit someone who is a strong written and verbal communicator - part of this job involves writing and updating communication, guides and online material so the ideal candidate will be comfortable with this.
