Clearly we're looking for a great HR Director who brings vision, creativity, passion, energy, pace, gravitas, confidence and courage; a really good communicator with an engaging style who will be pivotal in leading the business and its people through the change on which it is embarking.
As well as having worked in senior leadership teams as the confidante to the CEO, you must be able to demonstrate that you have experience of successfully delivering transformational change as well as experience of remco and leading and developing a best practice HR function.
