Recruitment Partner - Early Careers - 4-6 Month Contract
To £48,000 plus benefits
This exciting position will take a leading role in driving forward the recruitment and on-boarding programs for Graduates and Higher Apprentices into this dynamic forward thinking business. Relationship building will of paramount importance as the role will both work closely with internal stakeholders and also maintain contact with both external vendors managing the attraction and directly with graduates coming through the attraction and assessment stages.
You will establish, coordinate and be involved in the facilitation of assessment events, coordinate offers through to developing plans for on-boarding overall creating a great candidate experience. There will also be set up work to pull together the annual apprenticeship program, working closely with external training providers to ensure they are delivering what the business needs.
The role would suit a highly professional and capable in-house recruitment partner of junior HR business partner who has an interest and passion for early career attraction and development and ideally some previous involvement within it for a high calibre business. Great at building relationships and confident in being the external face of the business for early career talent whilst having the confidence to run programs with a good degree of ownership and autonomy.
The position would suit someone who can start their next role by early to mid-January and who is happy committing to a 4-6 month contract role.
