Interim Learning and Development Manager - circa 9 month contract
c£55,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits (possible day rate option)
A global market leader in its sector and one of the largest companies in the world our client has both the complexity of scale and transformational agenda to provide aspiring Learning and Development Managers with continuous challenge, stretch and opportunity. The development of their talent is of paramount importance at all levels and using a 70-20-10 approach the L&D Manager will work closely across the business to ensure the right development opportunities and initiatives are in place to achieve this.
Reporting to the Head of L&D you will manage the portfolio of leadership skills curricula in the UK, tapping into global offerings and designing bespoke solutions for specific divisional and functional needs. Working closely with the business you will ensure your solutions add value to achieving business goals and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will be a proven L&D professional with in-house experience of designing and facilitating high quality learning interventions for both management and team development needs to a demanding corporate audience. Great relationship and project management skills will enable you to understand the business drivers and create and land well thought out value adding solutions.
