Interim Group HR Reporting and Data Analyst
c£40,000 - £45,000 or day rate
At the centre of a growing global business with an iconic brand, this role will give you considerable exposure to the Group HR Director and contact across the global HR function.
Reporting to the Global Head of HR Systems you will own the creation and delivery of global HR reports for the board, alongside developing bespoke reports for global HR teams and supporting the continual development of HR and reporting systems. You will use your highly developed analytical skills to build meaningful reports and HR metrics and your insight to analyse data and find meaningful trends and observations. There is considerable scope for project work and broaden your role.
You will be an experienced HR or reward or business analyst with a proactive and curious nature who is passionate about building and analysing data sets to support business decision making. You'll also possess the coordination skills to work effectively across an international business and the confidence and credibility to work directly with the board and be able to add value to the data and reporting you pull together on a monthly cycle. Clearly you will need advanced Excel skills and excellent communication skills whilst exposure to other business analytics tools such as Power BI would be seen as an advantage. Whilst this is initially a fixed term interim contract there is scope for the role to become permanent.
