    This is a fabulous opportunity to be an integral part of a complex business of real scale that is experiencing a period of rapid evolution and dynamic change. Much transformational change has been and is being seen across key business and corporate functions. HR has recently moved to a new structure to align itself to the business and to drive new proactive focuses to support the business agenda. From this a number of new regional HR Business Partner roles have been created and are now looking to be appointed to externally.

    As brand new roles the regional HR Business Partners will work closely with regional operations management teams to provide expert HR business partnership. Key agendas include supporting the business managers and employees through change, upskilling line manager capability, building team effectiveness, managing a diverse range of employee relations issues, TUPE (in and out), plus the scope to push yourself forward to be involved in both local and group wide HR initiatives. With varying degrees of union presence across the business this is a good opportunity to build your exposure to building relationships with and working effectively with unions through change.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background of broad HR Generalist experience from a demanding, fast paced, multi-site environment. They will be able to demonstrate where they have been able to build strong partnering relationships that add value to their stakeholders whilst delivering across a range of operational HR issues and can demonstrate a depth of knowledge within change management, employee relations and TUPE. Collaborative, a strong communicator and team player, who builds relationships readily, can influence at all levels, whilst having the self-starting capability to work within autonomously with their client groups you should also bring an ability to coach and guide managers and leaders with your depth of understanding of the people agenda.
