Based at one of its longest established sites your role will be to manage the recruitment of circa 100 employees between March and September 2018 across all disciplines, to support a specific production plan, ensuring that it is delivered on time and to budget. As part of the HR team, your work will be critical in ensuring that the site can meet its ambitious plans.
It's going to be busy! You must bring experience as an in-house recruitment consultant, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and have delivered high level volume recruitment within short timeframes and had exposure to security clearance processes.
