As Learning & Development Consultant, your role is critical in ensuring the business has skilled, high performing talent. Facilitating and empowering people to realise their career ambitions and capabilities, you will make sure they are at the top of their game, delivering technical expertise and thought leadership to their global client base.
As part of a global team, you will collaborate with your peers and external consultants to co-develop and deliver inspiring learning solutions, leading the design and execution of the technical skills and development training framework, managing continual and professional development, accreditation support, as well as other commercial programmes including project management. You will also own the Emerging Talent programme, giving you the opportunity to be innovative and dynamic in introducing fresh insights, techniques and methodologies.
To apply for this really wonderful opportunity, you must have proven experience in an L&D partnering or consultative role, and be very comfortable working with a technical workforce, experienced in working with accreditation frameworks and industry institutions (ideally engineering).
You will have a consultative style, and be able to demonstrate that you are up to date in the latest thinking in learning methodologies, eLearning and online learning support.
