    My client is a vibrant, forward-thinking multi-media company where the collaborative approach of over 300 talented individuals drives innovation, sets a precedent for excellence and ultimately delivers outstanding results.

    In recent years they have invested heavily in their digital portfolio, developing a number of innovative products including a new customer-facing website. They also operate a growing B2B division, a thriving publishing arm, and are expanding their digital product range.

    This is a newly created position reporting directly to the HRD. They are looking for a highly motivated, passionate Digital/IT Product recruiter who is a completer finisher and not adverse to working at pace.

    You will currently be working in a digital firm as a recruiter and be confident and interested in technology and very familiar with digital product terminology and roles. You will know where to go for candidates, what companies to follow and identify sources of talent in the market.

    Additionally will also work with stakeholders making sure we have an outwards-looking brand in the digital space in London.

    This is a fast paced environment, so you'll be passionate about identifying both active and passive candidates as well as building and nurturing internal and external relationships. You'll have a proven track record of sourcing a high quality, technical candidates, whilst working to tight deadlines.

    The majority of your experience will be in direct and proactive Tech sourcing. You will be expected to leverage your own network, social media, networking websites and other social recruitment channels.

    You'll be confident in headhunting candidates from competitors or other similar organisations in the multi-media space.
    This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships. You should be resilient and be able to deal with feedback and challenge from stakeholders to achieve the best results.
