Are you an experienced culture change specialist who is passionate about creating strategy around behavioural change? Are you available to start your next contract role at short notice and keen to join an organisation at a truly exciting time?
When a business of this scale embarks on such a mammoth cultural change programme, it needs talented, expert people to lead the way. As People Change Manager you will create the strategy that focuses on people, process and systems. It is a business critical initiative as this organisation gets ready for a major rebrand, reinventing its proposition and adding new services to its portfolio. It will be particularly important be able to lead change management across the full spectrum of HRIS where an understanding of Workday would be advantageous but not essential. Impact assessment, risk mitigation, communications, training and sustainable capabilities for post go-live and new ways of working need to flawlessly delivered.
You will have led or had involvement in a culture change programme of scale and in a multi-site business, working with agility and high pace, ideally within consultancy, retail, hospitality, leisure, telecoms or services.
This is an interim assignment of approximately 12 months and will require an immediate start with global travel.
