    What are key highlights of this role?


    Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to end e.g. monitoring headcount, obtaining vacancy approval, drafting Job descriptions, preparing advertisements, conducting interviews, issuing contracts of employment and initiate and monitor our referencing and CRB process. > Support with company induction and ensure all new joiners complete the mandatory training modules.


    Employee Relations - Support Line Managers with employee relations issues to include: Sickness and absence Management, Investigation, disciplinary and grievance cases, Performance improvement initiatives, Advising Managers on HR Policies and procedures, Working on Organisational re-structures and advising managers of best processes, Drafting of HR policies


    Training & Development - Coach all relevant line managers on HR policies and procedures, Support with implementing training programmes/management development plans, Proactively seek and undertake training needs analysis, Support management to create and implement employee development plans


    Operational - Attend all operational meetings where relevant and feed back to the Senior HRBP on key operational matters , Identify any short and long term issues requiring HR support, Help Line Managers meet people related KPI's e.g. reducing sickness absence , Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
