The Resourcing Partner will have overall responsibility for the management of our clients recruitment services model with their customer. You will seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with key stakeholders and identify business development opportunities to raise the profile of contingent services available to them. Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for a number of designated business areas, you will also demonstrate a strong focus on multi-channel candidate sourcing, supply chain and process management, whilst promoting candidate and hiring manager experience.
In this role you will demonstrate a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel to your business units to include; Whiteley, London, and Gloucester
·A professional understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations and how these apply in the contingent recruitment sector to include AWR
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate and present complex ideas
·Experience gained from an Recruitment Agency, In-house/ RPO role at Resourcing Business Partner level
·Proven and demonstrable experience of managing a large portfolio of vacancies simultaneously
·Experience of using a wide range of sourcing and networking tools to include social media i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter
·Ability to influence, negotiate, and present ideas intelligently to Talent Acquisition and senior stakeholders
·Ability to prioritise time and manage a workload effectively
·Prior experience of writing and presenting proposals
·Experience gained from the management of multiple recruitment accounts
·Ability to develop and execute short and long term talent sourcing strategies
·Proven and demonstrable experience in achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment
·High level of attention to detail, with 'right first time' mentality
·Demonstrate computer proficiency, to include MS Office suite
·Experience in producing management reports to include forecasts and market analytics
·Experience gained in the Defence industry- advantageous
·Member of a professional body i.e. REC , CIPD -advantageous
·Educated to Degree level or equivalent, or a successful and consistent track record of industry experience
