The Account manager will have overall responsibility for the management of our client's services model with their customer. You will seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with key stakeholders and identify business development opportunities to raise the profile of services available to them.
Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for a number of designated business areas, you will also demonstrate a strong focus on multi-channel candidate sourcing, supply chain and process management, whilst promoting candidate and hiring manager experience.
In this role you will demonstrate a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel to your areas of the business and stakeholders.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate and present complex ideas to an audience
·Experience gained from an Recruitment Agency, In-house/ RPO role at Resourcing Business Partner level
·Proven and demonstrable experience of managing a large portfolio of vacancies simultaneously
·Ability to influence, negotiate, and present solution ideas effectively
·Ability to prioritise time and manage a workload effectively
·Experience gained from the management of resourcing requirements in multiple business areas
·Ability to develop and execute short and long term talent sourcing strategies
·Demonstrable, proven experience achieving results in a fast-paced environment
·High level of attention to detail
·Demonstrate computer proficiency, to include MS Office suite
·Experience in producing management reports to include forecasts and market analytics
·Experience gained in the Defence industry would be desirable
·Member of a professional body i.e. REC , CIPD would be desirable
