Working within the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a true strategic business partner to your client group, helping shape a highly effective resourcing strategy, pipelining talent, working closely with the business to plan and prepare for the future needs of the organisation.

As well as shaping the long term strategy for TA, there will be operational delivery here, overseeing the lifecycle of recruitment campaigns for Senior Management and Specialist roles, focussing on direct sourcing as well as managing relationships with recruitment agency partners. You will build exceptional relationships with leadership teams to support succession planning and promote internal mobility across the organisation.
To apply, you will be highly experienced in talent acquisition - not just in the operational, but as a true strategic business partner. You will have proven in-house experience recruiting mid-senior level roles across a range of disciplines. You will be able to demonstrate creative and innovative solutions, including digital attraction strategies, to source talent, interpret data into meaningful insights, and be an outstanding assessor of talent. You will be proactive, able to work in changing and ambiguous settings, with the desire to exceed expectations and go the extra mile for this exceptional organisation.
