Head of HR
£75,000 - £90,000 + car + bonus
A global market leader in its sector and one of the largest companies in the world our client has both the complexity of scale and transformational agenda to provide aspiring HR leaders with continuous challenge, stretch and opportunity.
As Head of HR for a significant portion of the UK business your role will be to develop and drive forward an innovative people strategy that will deliver sustainable change and business impact. Reporting to the Chief HRO and also be a member of the HR leadership team with a role to contribute to group wide thinking and to own and shape strategic HR projects. You will also be a key UK player in the shaping and delivery of global HR transformation.
Candidates are likely to developed their HR experience post graduating within large complex corporate businesses and will have seen rapid promotion through to a Senior HR Business Partner/Head of level role. They should bring a breadth of experience, sharp intellect, superior influencing and collaboration skills, be excited by change and can demonstrate experience of driving change and working successfully through it, whilst possessing an analytical mind-set that uses insights to support business decisions and creative problem solving.
Whilst the role is Surrey based, the incumbent will need to be in Surrey a minimum of 3 days per week. Hence the incumbent could live slightly further afield as long as they are able to the be in Surrey based HQ 60% of the time and travel to other locations when needed.
