We will spend time getting to know your business and perhaps even challenging your thinking.

We will then work closely with you to prepare the brief and pinpoint your ideal candidates.

The recruitment process itself will be overseen by one of our consultants, chosen by you, who will be able to call upon extra resources within Consult whenever needed.

While we take a friendly, informal approach, behind every assignment is a rigorous analysis procedure, providing statistics on candidate numbers, responses and trends.

On average we shortlist four candidates to achieve each appointment, offering clients optimum use of management time.

At the end of the assignment we will also conduct a formal review to assess progress and performance.

By working closely with clients and candidates, and by being totally transparent, we have built up an outstanding reputation in the industry.
